Geldards regulation agency have suggested Dublin-based non-public fairness agency Woodberry Capital on a multi-million pound funding in world expertise search agency Redgrave Holdings.
Woodberry Capital is a personal fairness agency led by Chief Government and Founder Patrick Doran and the transaction is the agency’s first funding within the UK.
Spearheading Geldards’ deal was company associate Debra Martin, with help from colleagues Jenny Chatten, Sarah Bailey and Manjot Shokar.
Martin stated: “We have been delighted to have suggested Woodberry Capital on their first ever funding within the UK. This funding represents an awesome alternative for each Woodberry Capital and Redgrave Holdings Restricted and we want them each success sooner or later.”
Doran added, “I wish to thank Debra and her staff for his or her laborious work, smart recommendation and diligence in finishing this transaction. Figuring out that I had the help of the staff each step of the way in which was invaluable.”
