Award-winning outsourcing firm Get Ahead has welcomed a new Regional Director for Dorset, strengthening its presence in the South.
Lisa Middleton will literally help small to medium sized businesses across the country get ahead.
The agency’s outsourcing services include marketing strategy; PR; social media; website UX, build and manage; business development; virtual PA; HRM and finance.
After graduating with a degree in business administration and finance, Lisa enjoyed a successful marketing career.
She specialized in business-to-business marketing and worked for large international companies, including Ernst & Young, Computacenter and PXP Financial.
Lisa said, “Marketing is such a dynamic industry that is constantly evolving.
“I have enjoyed the corporate world for many years and I am proud to have worked on a number of high-profile projects and campaigns.
“But an accident in 2021 forced me to reassess what I wanted from working life.
“The time was right to do something different.
“While researching flexible working opportunities, I watched a webinar with Rebecca Newenham, founder of Get Ahead, and was impressed by her passion for her business and flexible working.
“Becoming a Regional Director at Get Ahead felt like the perfect opportunity to use my current marketing and business skills in a whole new and exciting way.
“I can’t wait to get out and interact with local businesses.
“Despite some of the current economic challenges, I know that there are many companies in this area with ambitious growth plans, but not enough people or hours per day to put those plans into action.
