Gardaí, seconded to the Division of Social Safety, with the help of GNECB employees, arrested a person this morning, November 19, 2022, as a part of an ongoing investigation into false claims allegedly made below the EWSS (Employment Wage Subsidy Scheme) .
Following a search of Co.Meath at this time, a person in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of theft and roughly £45,000 in money and two automobiles had been seized.
