Navan has launched a revamped rewards program in which travelers earn cash for leisure travel when booking hotels that deliver cost savings to their business, the company announced Monday.
With Navan Rewards, travelers who book hotels specified as offering savings of up to $100 in rewards per booking, which they can in turn use to book personalized travel through the Navan platform. The rewards also apply to travel managers or executive assistants who book on behalf of other travelers, and Navan, formerly TripActions, fully funds the rewards program, the company said.
Travel program managers can track savings through the program through a real-time dashboard, according to Navan. The company reported that businesses that tested the new program from last August through January saw a 19 percent increase in booking acceptance.
