Fast-growing provider of solutions for waste, recycling and forestry equipment, Knutsford-based CRJ Services, has appointed Jim Oates as Technical Manager. The change is intended to improve and streamline business efficiency and support customer demand.

Jim brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to this role, having held roles as process engineer, service engineer and machine installer for the past 35 years, having initially started his career as a tool room engineer. Most recently, Jim worked at Hadfield Wood Recyclers where he was responsible for tripling performance levels.

Jim joins CRJ to further scale the company, with the company reporting 128% growth over the past three years.

On his appointment, Jim Oates said, “As CRJ continues to grow both in equipment supply and in delivering great customer service, I am determined to contribute to the company’s continued success.
